The Pigsty Studio is a small independent residency born from the renovation of the farmhouse’s former pigsty - a creative retreat with direct access to La Cap studio. It’s the ideal space to focus, to develop a project in an environment where work and daily life are fully integrated, to recharge, or simply to take a break in a quiet and intimate setting.

The Pigsty Studio is a small, self contained residency carved out of a former pigsty, carefully restored to offer an intimate
and functional space for individual residencies,
focused work sessions, or quiet pauses along the way.
It features customizable sleeping arrangements—single bed, twin beds, or double on request—a private bathroom with shower, and direct access to La Cap studio, allowing for full continuity between everyday life and creative practice.
The unit also connects to the shared barn: a communal space equipped with kitchen (oven, fridge, electric cooktop, sink), dining area, and a relaxed sitting corner. Outdoors, a solar powered parking area is available, complete with an electric vehicle charging station.
